How quickly can I receive my order?
In-stock sofas can often be delivered in around 7 days. Other ranges are typically delivered within 1–6 weeks, depending on availability, the model and your location.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Please check your room measurements, doorways, hallways and access route before ordering. Contact our team if you need help checking whether a sofa will fit.
Can I speak to someone before ordering?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp for advice about sizes, fabrics, availability, delivery and suitable sofa options.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
We deliver selected ranges across most of mainland England and Wales. Some ranges are limited to approximately 70 miles from WF9 2RF. We do not currently offer standard delivery to Scotland.
What warranty do you offer and what does it cover?
All sofas include a warranty. The exact length and coverage can vary by manufacturer and range, so please contact us for the warranty details applying to your chosen sofa.
Where are your sofas made?
Many of our sofas are made in the UK. Manufacturing origin can vary between ranges, so please ask us about the particular model you are interested in.
What happens if there’s an issue within the warranty period?

Can you make bespoke designs or sizes?
