What are the delivery charges?

For the sofas we offer Nationwide delivery and assembly, delivery is carried out by our trusted third party couriers. The charges are in England we charge £99, for Wales we charge £120 and certain postcodes in Scotland we charge £150.

There will be additional fees if you're wanting the sofa delivered to any flats above ground level.

How long does delivery take?

Lead times vary depending on the product and postcode.

Most of the sofas we keep in stock and offer nationwide delivery within 7 days. If the sofa is not in stock, from order date to delivery date the lead time is between 2-6 weeks, we would keep you updated throughout this period.

How should I prepare for delivery?

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly request that the pathway to the designated room be cleared of any obstacles, such as furniture or decorative items. This will allow our team to complete the setup efficiently and safely.

Please make sure you're aware Doors / hallways need to be at least 75cm wide for the sofa to fit through, We will of course send notifications with all the information and a phone call will be made prior to any deliveries to check this. If for any reason we deliver and the sofas can't fit delivery charges will be non refundable.

What if my order is damaged or I received the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@sofahubyorkshire.com within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue and assist you promptly.

Can I cancel or reschedule my delivery?

You may cancel or reschedule your delivery free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the delivery will be subject to a re-delivery fee.
If the sofa cannot be delivered due to access limitations, the delivery guys will return the item, and a member of our team will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

What if my order does not fit?

If the item doesn't fit in the designated space or through your door, the delivery guys will return it to us. Our team will then reach out to you to discuss your options, whether that’s arranging a refund or selecting an alternative model. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Can you remove my old furniture?

We don't currently offer a dismantle and disposable service.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, we provide complimentary assembly in the room of your choice.

Can I choose a delivery day?

For nationwide deliveries our courier company go to certain areas on certain days of the week, we will let you know which day when you have put the order through for example all Liverpool postcodes beginning with L our courier company deliver on a Wednesday of every week.

Is it possible to have my sofa delivered to an address other than the billing address?

Yes, we can deliver to an address different from the billing address. Simply enter the alternative address in the "Delivery Address" section at checkout.
However, if you are using our finance options, please note that we can only deliver to the billing address associated with your payment method.
